We provide a 1-week (7 days) warranty, which covers:

  • Manufacturer defects only
  • No signs of physical or accidental damage
  • Product must be returned with full packaging and all accessories

2. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage (drops, water damage, scratches, misuse)
  • Damage caused by improper handling or installation
  • Minor cosmetic defects that do not affect functionality
  • Warranty requests made after 7 days from the date of receipt

3. Warranty Claim Procedure
To request a warranty claim, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue
  • Contact us within 7 days upon receiving the item

4. Replacement Only (No Refund / No Store Credit)

  • If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturer defect, we will provide a replacement of the same model
  • If the same model is out of stock, we will provide a replacement of an equivalent item
  • No cash refund and no store credit will be provided

5. Shipping Policy

  • Return shipping fee is to be borne by the buyer
  • Replacement item shipping fee will be covered by the seller

6. Final Decision
The seller reserves the right to make the final decision on all warranty claims.
