1. Warranty Coverage
We provide a 1-week (7 days) warranty, which covers:
- Manufacturer defects only
- No signs of physical or accidental damage
- Product must be returned with full packaging and all accessories
2. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage (drops, water damage, scratches, misuse)
- Damage caused by improper handling or installation
- Minor cosmetic defects that do not affect functionality
- Warranty requests made after 7 days from the date of receipt
3. Warranty Claim Procedure
To request a warranty claim, please provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos showing the issue
- Contact us within 7 days upon receiving the item
4. Replacement Only (No Refund / No Store Credit)
- If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturer defect, we will provide a replacement of the same model
- If the same model is out of stock, we will provide a replacement of an equivalent item
- No cash refund and no store credit will be provided
5. Shipping Policy
- Return shipping fee is to be borne by the buyer
- Replacement item shipping fee will be covered by the seller
6. Final Decision
The seller reserves the right to make the final decision on all warranty claims.
