    • Once the order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
  2. Custom Orders
    • Any special/custom orders (e.g., bulk ink supply or toner not normally in stock) are non-cancellable once confirmed and payment is made.
  3. How to Request a Cancellation

  4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
